Distressed single-family and semi-detached properties with clear value add potential. We run the ARV and reno estimates before we bring you the deal, if the spread isn't there, we don't send it.


Buy & Hold
Duplexes, triplexes, and single-family rentals in markets with strong rent-to-price ratios. We find properties that are already tenanted or tenant-ready, and we focus on deals that cash flow from day one — not speculation plays.


Multi - Family
4+ unit buildings and small apartment blocks sourced below replacement cost. These deals move fast and go to buyers who can close without financing conditions.


Private Lending
Select deals where we work with private lenders to fund the acquisition or renovation. Short-term, secured against real property. We only bring these to lenders already on our list.
