Canadian Property Investors is a real estate wholesaling company operating across Canada. We connect buyers — cash buyers, flippers, buy-and-hold investors, and private lenders — with off-market, below-market properties through assignment of contract.
We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, financial advisory firm, or mortgage lender. We operate as principals in wholesale real estate transactions.
